1. What areas do you service?
We are proudly based in Grafton, NSW and service areas within a 50km radius. Additional travel outside this range may incur a small travel fee.

2. How do I book an appointment?
You can request a booking online or by messaging us directly. Please include your name, contact info, pet’s details, and location.
Note: Appointments are not confirmed until we review your request and send a confirmation message.

 

3. What should I expect on grooming day?
On the day of your appointment:
- Please ensure we have access to an outdoor tap and power
- Park or space should be reasonably level for the mobile salon
- We’ll arrive at your location and greet your pet calmly
- Your pet will be groomed one-on-one in our fully equipped mobile salon
- We’ll contact you when your pet is ready, looking and feeling their best!
- We aim to provide a quiet, stress-free experience tailored to your pet’s comfort.

 

4. What’s included in a Full Groom or Mini Groom?
A Mini Groom includes a bath, blow dry, brush-out, hygiene trim, nail trim, and ear clean.
A Full Groom includes all of the above plus a full-body haircut or breed-style trim.
Pet spritz cologne is applied at owner’s request.

 

5. Do you groom anxious or reactive pets?
Yes! We specialise in behavioural, anxious, and reactive pets. Our one-on-one, calm mobile setup is ideal for pets who need extra time, space, and patience.

 

6. Do you groom cats, exotics, or large animals?
Yes! We groom cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, and also offer basic care and washes for livestock and horses. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll advise what’s possible.

 

7. What if my pet is matted?
Light matting can usually be brushed out, but severe matting may require clipping the coat short for the pet’s comfort and safety.
Additional charges may apply based on the severity and coat condition.

 

8. Do you shave double-coated breeds?
We only shave double-coated breeds if medically necessary or at the owner's request. A signed waiver is required, as shaving can damage the coat and affect your pet’s ability to regulate temperature.

 

9. Can I just book a nail trim?
Yes! We offer nail trims for dogs, cats, and small pets.

Nail trim fee includes travel within 50km of Grafton.

Multi-pet discounts apply when booked together!

 

10. Are deposits required?
Yes. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, especially after cancellations or no-shows. Full payment is due on completion of service.

 

11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash or card (EFTPOS available on-site).

Card payments are processed securely on the spot
Cash is welcome—please have the correct amount if possible
Payment is required on the day of service, unless otherwise arranged in advance

 

12. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit your deposit. Repeat late cancellations may require full prepayment before future bookings.

 

13. Do you bring everything with you?
Yes! Our fully equipped mobile salon includes water, power connections, tools, and grooming products.
We just ask for access to a tap and power, and a safe, level parking space nearby.
